A 5 day plant-based food plan with access to 5 recipes. This plan is ideal if you have a busy job and want to manage your weekday eating. It is also a great plan for anyone who is transitioning to a plant-based diet and is doing the 5-2 plan. You will also have access to a qualified nutritionist who will advise and support you.
Once this plan has been purchased our nutritionist will be in contact to discuss any specific dietary requirements before the plan is sent.
