7 day food plan
A 7 day vegan food plan as well as 4 recipes. This plan is ideal if you lead a busy lifestyle and want to manage your eating habits better. It is also wonderful if you are feeling daunted by the prospect of a vegan life and don't know where to start. This plan guides you through a whole week or more until you are confident enough to begin substituting recipes for your own. You will also have access to our qualified nutritionist who will guide and support you throughout the plan.
Once this plan has been purchased our nutritionist will be in contact to discuss any specific dietary requirements before the plan is sent.
